Marriage Certificate

Applicant Submits the above form accompanied with following documents:

1. 4 passport size photos of groom and bride separately.
2. Birth certificates or Mark Sheet of groom and bride.
3. Wedding cards of marriage
4. Wedding ceremony 3 post card size photo.
5. Oath letter from both of side (bride and groom) in case of delay by more than 21 days
6. Priests or institutes certificate have to provided if marriage solemnized by registered priest or Arya Samaaj.
7. Fees for Marriage Registration.
8. Two witness details and presence in person
9. Groom and bride to be present in person.
10. ID proof of both bride and groom.
11. Thumb impression taken in Marriage Registrar office.
12. Photo capture through web cam.
13. Id proof of Parents (Bride and Groom).
